Compensation Range
Annual Direct Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $79,230.00 - $97,570.00
Cell Phone Reimbursement: $900.00
Vehicle Allowance: $8,400.00
Performance Bonus: 0-10% of base salary
Total Direct Compensation Range: $88,530.00 - $106,870.00
Indirect Compensation:
Retirement Account Contribution: 15% of base salary after one year of employment
Employee Ownership Potential: After one year of employment
Job Description
The Marketing and Communications Manager is a key member of the marketing team that is charged with growing the company’s presence in the region through client development, marketing and communication outreach, and project procurement. These marketing professionals are “all in” and have the opportunity to do a little bit of everything. The marketing and communications manager manages the marketing and communications team to develop, maintain and implement marketing plans at the regional level while seamlessly coordinating with other regional and departments to ensure strategic alignment with corporate and regional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and lead the implementation of the regional marketing plan including goal setting, SWOT analysis, and execution planning ensuring alignment with the procurement team's focus areas and market segments
- Develop initiatives and thought leadership content for collateral materials, website, blogs, media, print, video, and virtual site tours based on marketing plan strategies
- Ensure strategic alignment of communication strategies between regions and departments through effective collaboration and partnership
- Manage, coach, and mentor marketing coordinator, senior marketing coordinator and marketing and communications lead team members in all aspects of the job to ensure growth
- Maintain internal communications program to facilitate information sharing within the firm; inform and involve regional leadership regarding marketing efforts
- Final approval for all internal and external collateral to ensure compliance with brand standards and writing style guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications
- 8 years of experience in similar roles and/or a combination of edcuation and experience
- Microsoft Office Suite competency
- Highly proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Demonstrated creative ability
- 3+ years’ graphics design experience
- Photo Editing & WEBDAM Management proficiency
- Advanced writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Highly organized and superb task management skills
- Excellent multi-tasking capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven proficiency and effectiveness in external communications including social media
- Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships
- Demonstrated team management skills.
Physical Requirements
